Small wants and great needs are treated equally with calmness and kindness.
Never made to feel a nuisance.
Today I had a lovely bath and hair wash and I didn't even ask for that.
They asked me if I would like that done.
Thank you so much for making me feel safe and cared for.

The care I am receiving and have been receiving is the warmest, kindest, most excellent medical care I have ever received.
They seem to 'strip away' your worries and give you a new sense of strength and hope.
The way I feel now, writing this, I well know, it's down to the love and care I've received whilst being at Pilgrimage Hospice.
My heartfelt love and thanks to you all.

Staff friendly, helpful and compassionate.
Polly has been excellent, reassuring me about mum's care and answering questions I bombarded her with during my first visit1
Very good to know that we have such excellent and caring people looking after mum and also good to know that there are facilities to make patients and families comfortable and catered for.

When I had a problem it was sorted.
Straight away and taken very seriously, and that made me very happy and safe.

You seem to have thought of everything.
Care for mother has been excellent. Staff have been so kind and caring to mum and also to us in this desperately sad time and extremely supportive.
Volunteers are also very understanding and discreet.
Thank you all for the care and dignity in the way you have treated mum and the family. It really is greatly appreciated.
